Can someone simplify this crochet pattern for me?

row 5: ch 2, hdc in each of next 15 hdc, ch 13, skip next 13 hdc, hdc in each of next 15 hdc, turn ---30 hdc ch -13 loop

row 6: ch 2, hdc in each of next 15 hdc, hdc in each of next 13 ch, hdc in each of next 15 hdc, turn --- 43 hdc

  1. On row 5, you will already have turned and made your ch 2, now half dc in each of the next 15 hdc (of the row below), then ch 13, skip the next 13 hdc (on the row below) and hdc in each of the next 15 hdc (of the row below). Turn. You should now have 30 hdc stitches and the one loop where you did the chain 13.

    Row 6: Ch 2 (working in row below) half double crochet (hdc) in next 15 hdc, then you will do one half double crochet in each of the stitches of your chain 13 loop, then continue your row by hac in each of the next 15 hdc and turn. This should give you 43 half double stitches on this row.
