Debts incurred during the pendency of a bankruptcy proceeding will not be discharged, which means you must pay them. Check with your credit card issuer for the terms.

You are responsible for any debts that occur after you file for bankruptcy.

If you filed for chapter 13, you are actually prohibited from taking on any more debt.  It's right there in your bankruptcy paperwork.  Violate that and they will dismiss your bankruptcy.  If that happens you are in a whole new world of hurt.
