  13. Sorry but all you suggested are not Chinese names except Ming  Sukura is a Japenese name. The Chinese name which means cherry blossom is Ying(樱).I think it's really pretty.

I'm Chinese and my name is Kelen which has a meaning of 'ethical', its very rare and sounds exotic in Chinese. When I introduced myself, many have said,"what a lovely and unique name"... I kind of like it.

In China the most common girl's name are Mei(美, beauty),Li(丽,beauty),Fei(菲,fragrant),Jin... so on.But many of Chinese use a combination of two names for their girl, such as Meilin,Yafei or Lilan, which sound more complete.

  14. I like Mei (pronounced May).  Mei Mei, in Chinese, is a term of endearment meaning "little sister".

I like Jade, even though the name is not Chinese, Jade is a very popular stone in China.

Mulan, i.e. the movie, is the name of an actual Chinese heroine Mu Lan.  The Disney story is based on a true story.

Those are just several that I have considered or know of from our studies of China.  I hope it helps, and wish you the best!
