  1. greedy, blood sucking politicians who make up greedy, blood sucking laws so they, in return, can get money

  2. thats retarted they should be in jail for at least 5 years

  3. As angry as it may make you, the victim and their family...unfortunately, if a judge sets bail and the accused can post it there is nothing we can do.  That doesn't mean that the charges have been dropped or that they will get away with it (if they are guilty) and sometimes there are rules they may have to follow, like wearing an ankle bracelet or having a curfew.  Its not much comfort and it makes you want to puke, but they have rights too and they have the right to post bail.  They will still go to court and justice will be served if they are guilty.

  4. The gov. is messed up, if you kill a man who was invading your home and was going to kill you, you would go to court (wtf is with that).

  5. As long as you have the money now days, anythings possible.

  6. good lawyer

    rich parents

  7. no evidence no proof no clues so the police arrest the nearest person to a suspect that they can find regardless of a persons privacy freedom & inosence or human rights

  8. The only thing I can say is, the system is messed up.

  9. Bail is a Constitutional right afforded to all those suspected of a crime.  A judge can deny bail in certain circumstances, but it is rare.

  10. 2 reasons.

The system is flawed or money talks.

  11. Innocent until proven  guilty. It is the basis for our entire criminal justice system. The best system of justice in the world.

Oh, its in Europe. Never mind.

  12. Because this world is unfair and corrupted. Stupid little punks got away with killing a man who did nothing? What is this world coming to...

  13. its called the good old british justice system, get used to it

  14. idk, but you just can't trust mob action like you once could. oops,  i just read the story. to be totally clear, i meant a mob of people killing the killers.

  15. Because in this country you are innocent until proven guilty.

The article doesn't mention any evidence against them,  The police could easily just have arrested three random innocent people

  16. Being arrested does not mean that you are automatically guilty. It is the beginning of the process of justice for the young victim and the three accused. Clearly this appears to be unfair; however, traditionally the more evidence of guilt and likelihood of evasion of justice the higher the bail.

I think you are asking this question out of frustration and not my literal answer. Which brings me to my point that, while sad, we must remain objective and consistent.

  17. the criminal justice system has all kinds of cracks in it

  18. That's crazy but what can we do?

    Not one thing, sadly.

  19. Prisons are full, nowhere to put them

  20. A cowardly attack by any standards. Perhaps the police did not have enough evidence to hold these 3. Although arrested it did not say that they had been charged and the police only have powers to hold suspects for a limited amount of time. I just hope the police find the culprits and lock them up for a very long time.

  21. it is outrageous but not unusual

every month there are appeals on BBCs crimewatch looking for bail jumpers who are accused of serious crimes (including sexual assaults)

it seems the rights of the criminal (or alleged criminal) are given priority over those of the victim and their families

good sense has gone ...... thanks again to the liberal PC brigade

  22. Two words man, OJ simpson

  23. Because we live in a world run by complete idiots.
