Question:

Can someone teach me how to do a split?

i want to learn how to do a split so bad but i need someone to tell me the steps and if you dont want to dont leave no addittude comment

  1. Well first of all you have to make sure that you stretch EVERY DAY, one time being the minimum.

    For a middle split some stretches you could do are to sit with your legs out to each side and reach to the middle as far as you can (you want to hold each stretch for at least 30 sec.) Another stretch you can do is get down on all fours, elbows on the ground, and put your legs out to each side, hold it as long as you can. You could also sit up against a wall, again, legs out to each side, and scoot forward as far as you can go.....it huts but it sure helps! And last......... you can do butterfly stretches, try to touch your face to your feet.

    For a middle split

    (assuming that you're a righty)

    get down on your left knee like you're proposing and stretch your left leg out to the back while you keep your right one bent, and make sure you try to keep your hips straight. Then, bend the left leg and straighten out the right one. Try to touch your nose to your knee. And for a left split just do the opposite.
