Can someone teach me how to winterize and de-winterize my 1978 235 OMC motor and drive?

I sell boats but don't know anything about OMC engines or being mechanical! So if someone knows how to do these things I would greatly appreciate the help. I would be embarrassed to ask someone in our service department!
