  1. Yes it does make you have oily diarhea. When the need to go hits, you should already be sitting on the throne.   *Think orange-stained jeans.*  (and car seat, and couch...)  Not pleasant.  It helped lose about 15 pounds over the course of about 3 months, but it came back.
