Can someone tell me about the parapsychology department at Duke University?

There never was a parapsychology 'department' at Duke.  It was a laboratory run by J.B. Rhine out of the psychology department.  And unfortunately, there is no longer even that within the university.  It became an independent entity long ago, and is now called the Rhine Research Center.  I list its website below.  You can find a good summary of its history and of Rhine's work in the book by Broughton that I also list below.
