Can someone tell me all the outlet malls in Portland?

There is a large outlet mall in Troutdale which is just a few miles (10?) NE of Portland off of Highway 84. That is probably the closest. There is also a lovely one in Woodburn which is SW of Portland about 25 miles off of Interstate 5. If I had to choose, I'd go to Woodburn. I think they have more stores and it's just a nicer mall in my opinion.
