Corrido singing is not performed in Greece, therefore you should look in the proper section either Spain or Mexico.

In the broader sense of the word, songs of similar texture do exist in almost every country but not that kind exactly.In Greece we have the "laika", the "popular' songs that narrate different stories too, and there is also a kind like the narcorridos called "hasiklidika".
