Can someone tell me cheapest bed and breakfast accommodations in Paris?

Question

I am planning to attend a conference at Cannes France. I am looking for cheapest bed and breakfast accomodation options in nearby places or places from which I get good transportation to reach to the venue. If anyone can help me with suitable details,I will be happy. Event if the accomodation is without breakfast that will do. The only criteria is it should not be far off from the Palais Des Festivals-Cannes-France.

You will have to book an hotel in Cannes, beside the Mediteranean sea.

And I guess you will arrive in Paris, so you will have to take the train or another plane to go Cannes.

City of Nice is 15-20 miles from Cannes and have a international airport.

Cheap hotels (maybe there is cheaper)

Excuse me, but Paris is not Cannes.  In fact, they are quite some distance apart.  Cannes is on the Mediterranean coast, while Paris is in Northern France.  

But here you go for accomodations in Cannes.

I think I should point out to you that Cannes is about 900 km from Paris which is not, by my definition "nearby."
