Milford is currently being wired for Fios. The only way to tell if your street is done yet is to go to

and put your phone number in. It will then ask for your address.

It appears Milford is on the list for Verizon to apply for a cable license in 2008. FiOS TV will show up once the license is approved, which can take 6-12 months to negotiate and approve. So the mere appearance of fiber in the hole doesn't guarantee fiber in your home. Check w/ your town's cable committee to see how the process is coming along.
