To best honest, its not a bad match at all. The more negative aspects look as if they can be overcome with the more harmonious ones.

The bonding part is the Moon placement. Both your Moons are in compatible signs (Moon-moon trine) and you will feel emotionally in sync with each other, despite having opposite Sun signs. Sun-Moon contacts are basically harmonious although one of the parties has a Sun-Moon Opposition.
