Can someone tell me how to convert pics to text format?

I am trying to find a way where i can place a text-formated picture so that it can be viewable as a real picture. For example, sometimes just dragging a pic wont work when trying to post it. I already know how to upload pictures, however sometimes this feature is not available on some websites. Can anyone help? All relevant feed back will be greatly appreciated.

Text formatted pic? Been on the net for a million years and can say I have never heard of such a thing. A text file is simply a file containing letters, numerals and other ascii symbols. If you are trying to copy pics from web pages some of them are protected and cant be copied. There is a way around this though...simply get yourself some screen capture software and capture and save the page you want the pic from. Open any photo software and load that page capture file. Trim the pic and save it in any picture file format your lil heart desires. Bulents screen capture software works well and is free.
