Can someone tell me how to do an eviction in the Louisiana with no written contract.?

I bought some land from someone and this lady has been there for a few years.I bought it in April and the lady ask me to either buy of rent to her and I all I said was I'll thinj about it.So now I want to sell and told her she has to go but she wants to start some trouble.I have not accepted any rent money from her and no contract was signed.So how do I get her evicted.

If the land is in your name and you give her a written notice with 2 week notice in that... If she fails to leave, then she is considered to be trespassing and she can be legally evicted with police assistance.
