I'm booking a holiday for my gf to Paris, and have managed to secure both a flight and a hotel. However, I have no idea how to get from one to the other! I really don't want to use a taxi as I've had bad experience with them (and would like to have spending money left!!) - so buses/trams/whatever are preferable.

I'm landing in Beauvais Airport and staying in Europe Hotel, Bvd de Grenelle. Any help would be really appreciated!!!!

  1. There is a shuttle service (13 € ) from the Airport to Porte Maillot in Paris.  From there you can take Bus 82 to the General Detrie stop (about 17 minutes) . The hotel is a five minute walk from there. You can also take Metro line 1 from Porte Maillot to the Charles de Gaulle-Etoile stop, change to Metro line 6 and take it to the La Motte-Picquet Grenelle stop.

Tickets for the airport shuttle can be purchased online: http://ticket.aeroportbeauvais.com/bouti...

  2. There is a train track that runs from the airport to around the hotel. However, the train track does go a little east, then back a little west to the hotel. Use Google maps as a reference, helps to see this train track etc. Plus, trains in France are quite cheap :)

    Have a nice holiday!
