imo the simpler way is make seperate gifs for each frame..

Save them on your machine.

Then download a free 'gif animator' program.

Import the images and it spits out your nifty animated gif.

There is about a million such free apps on the net - just do a google search....

Thats the way it has been done since the beginning of the internet.

okay listen closely.....

All you do is do the text in different layers... I dont know if your photoshop has this or not...But go to the tool bar and click animation and a window will pop up...

Then you make the layers you want visble (what I mean by that; is make sure the eye is showing next to it) then on the animation make another layer and do the same thing until you're done. You can mess with the speed and ect.

Then you go to file; go to save as web or w/e and click the transparency box and then you save it...It sounds confusing

Its just an animated picture. If you want words, youll have to create pictures using paint or whatever, save them and resize them. Or use whatever pictures you want. Put them on photobucket, and use this website to create it!

you have to use Photoshop CS3. You have to make each different image on a different layer. Then click Window>Animation and you can change the speed and the images you show. Then save it for web devices as a gif.

I don't know any other way to do it!
