  1. Are you serious? Which part of Tokyo are you staying at? There should be some United Nations thing near wherever you are, I'm sure they can help you or something.

You can use Dictionary.com to translate all that into Kanji.

Please is Kudasai, Thank you is Arigoto Goziamasu. Also, Eigo go Wakarimasuka (Do you understand English (Eigo)?) might help. Ikura Desuka is How much is this? (I don't know if that's helpful or not)

Sorry I couldn't answer your actual question.

    Good Luck!

  2. please do't be panic. Speak in english and there are many people in japan who undersatand english well (spetially the young generation).

  3. 私を、持っている倹約するべきドル(100円)を許しなさい私は私の札入れを失い、私...

  4. I don't think you are serious.  Be careful.  If people think you are a strange foreigner, they might report you to the police, or worse, the immigration office.

Anyway you can't do anything with 100 Yen.  You can't pay bus fare, train fare, etc with 100 Yen.  (minimum fare is 120 Yen in Tokyo.)

Japanese people are rather kind or naive, so if you say what you wrote there, they might take you to the police to sort it out for you.  You lost your wallet.  If I (Japanese) was told so, I would take you to a police station to help you out.

  5. Why won't you sell your laptop or something that is valuable with you. I wish I could help...

  6. 私は敗者、私が精神的に挑戦されるお金を必要とする

  7. Why doesn't your credit card work? You should call the credit card company and explain the situation to them.
