Can someone tell me if american lending company or american lending group Inc. is legiitament trustworthy?

I'd be leery of it, usually email invites are not legitimate. However like someone else mentioned here, the Better Business Bureau would be the first thing to examine. I'd never do it if the Bureau didn't seem to approve.

Before I ever do any business with any company, I check them out through the Better Business Bureau. Just type that in and look up whomever you wish to check on. You can be assured that they are correct. Good luck.
