I would prefer a faster CPU and I'm not a fan of the mobo brand but other then that it's pretty good

For me, I would say 'yes'. This PC specs should be able to run most current games.

But I would get a '650W Power Supply' for graphic card upgrading later on. Since 480W is not recommended to run high-end graphic cards.

2gb of RAM will do, unless you are using Windows 64-bits.

Mind you, many games are not compatible with Windows 64-bits yet.

no, that video card the HD 3650 is an entry level card.  it's c**p in other words.  $200 and you get a HD 3870...  not as good as an nvidia card but it's cheaper.  Furthermore it looks like a scam and you're not going to actually get that computer.  

Honestly dude,... lol, that's a joke. I keep looking at that sight and laughing... don't bid on that.  do yourself a favor and get a computer the real way.  those are scams.. trust me.

Yes, that's pretty good.  I prefer NVidia cards but that should do very well.  I'd  put more RAM and maybe larger hard drive.  But it should play very well.
