for my height and weight you can consider me another one of the boese american . im 5-11 and weigh to 220 i work out about 5 times a week weights one day ,jump rope another ,and every once in a while run . i guess you can say i eat more unhealthy then i do eat healthy so you may consider that one of the reason . also when i work out its usually for a hour if not more so im usually doing a high endurance work out . my belly is not hanging down yet its still kind of tight . but im starting to get the bloated look down there like a buble is forming in my stomach . as a kid it use to be just flat . so im wondering can you tell me any good exercises or what im doing wrong because i cant lose it . the rest of my body is cut but my belly is taking fo ever to shred off
