  1. please dont try it unless your experienced,

    you WILL get hurt.

  2. its a waltz jump loop combonation (with no landing inbetween) so its basically 1 1/2 revolutions (double is 2 1/2 revolutions) etc.

thats the basic jist of it, but you should be asking your coach this question. asking on yahoo answers might mess up your jump if you attempt it.

  3. there's an instrctional video on youtbe with nancy kerrigan here's the link

  4. From forward, on the line:

Step on your right foot and do a mini outside edge. Then step on your left foot, and kick your right leg through, like a waltz jump. Then shift all your weight over to your right side, like a back scratch. Land on your right toe pick. You need to rotate 1 and 1/2 times to do it right. Then you should try it from back swizzles or back crossovers once you are landing them fine on the line. I would suggest having your coach or teacher help you too. Here are some tips:

Practice doing them off-ice in gym shoes. Then ask your coach to put you on the harness. They both train your muscles to do it right, and you will have it soon. Don't be afraid to fall. I took a bad fall last year, and I was afraid to do it. I had to over come that fear, and now I am landing them fine. I would also suggest getting a waxel pad if you fall a lot. They help me too. You should also do warm-ups, like waltz loop, waltz jump with 5/10 loops, waltz loop backscratch loop, once arounds, once around back scratch. Walk it through also.Start by stepping as if you were going to do a waltz jump, come up on your toe, and then step to the other foot and do a small back scratch. If you have a problem landing on your toe, hop up and down on your right foot toe pick 5 times. Do that 3 times, then do your axel.

    Good Luck, and Be Patient!
