Can someone tell me step by step how to save fonts?

im like completley confused on the WHOLE process

so please can someone tell me step by step how to do so?

First, download the font you want to your desktop although I recommend making a new folder for it using the font name as the fonts are compressed.  Then you will need to unzip all files from the zipped font file.  Unzip them to the same folder you saved it to.

Either open or have open, the Font Utility found in Control Panel.  In the open font folder, find all fonts *.tt, if true type, and select them all.  You can then just drag and drop all the unzipped font files into the Font Utility window.  The window will not be open if you are coming from the unzipped font folder so drag files to bottom where Font Utility tab is, hover over it until it opens, then move up into window area and unclick mouse.

That should get your fonts installed.  Some fonts that you download may come with and '.exe' extension.  These unzip and install on their own.
