ok. pull up itunes and have your ipod connected to the computer. then click on the column on the left side with the picture of the ipod and the ipods name (like on the side with purcased and store and playlists and stuff) then click on the top where it says music videos. then make sure you have it set to be on the ipod and then press apply. this should do it. i hope this helps
