  1. Tungsten has a very high density, doesnt corrode but is brittle:it,s no more attractive than stainless steel but needs very special processing on account of it's brittle nature.Titanium is much less dense than W and an attraction of it is that it can be anodised and dyed in all sorts of ways;so more like jewellery.I would be surprised if any girl I ever knew would have settled for less than gold and/or platinum. But it's your life and you might never forget it if you let someone strangers opinion change your mind.Good luck anyway.

  2. A tungsten or titanium wedding band??

There are reasons that these metals are NOT used for wedding bands.  Gold and silver are typically metals because they are "noble" metals...that means that they endure over a long period of time...they are not oxidized or acquire a patina from being immersed in water or from your sweat (body water).

Don't go with these metals...no one is likely to produce them, and for good reason.

  3. tungsten used for engagement rings

    titanium - wedding rings
