Can someone tell me tips on training lovebirds plz help me?

can someone Please tell me how to train a lovebird to do tricks from a young age and what are good treats to give them.

Well i taught my lovebird to bob its head. He was afraid of cockatiel pellets and would try to bite my hand off so i would go up and down and he would follow it with his head. So i started going really fast and he would bob his head perfectly. So soon i didn't need a pellet. lol that's one way to teach a trick with a treat lol

I taught my cockatiel to pick its feet up by saying "pick it up" then try to get her to step-up and right before she touches my finger pull it away.Then i would praise and reward her. I would keep doing that til i could just point.

If your bird likes head scratches then i have one more trick for you. Make a scratching motion right above your birds head. Then give him a head scratch. Pretty soon he will get the idea and put his head down when ever u make that motion.

P.S sunflower seeds, cockatiel pellets, or a special veggie or fruit makes good treats.
