Maybe it means that they are not scared of all the normal things like spiders or height and the only thing they are scared of is loving this person so much and then loosing them????

it means that he does not fear insects or spiders, he can do anything in love, he can jump off smiling and can even die for the gal he he loves. it can also mean sacrifice
