Can someone tell me what is the big red box right in the center of my home page?

my daughter had a friend using her pc. next thing i know, i see this giant red box right in the center of the page. i click it, it says something about toggle search, how do you get rid of it, disable it, what is it, some kind of search engine or what and where did it come from. Does Anyone Know! HELP. I can't even read or choose any topics to read... :( It is Very annnoying to say the least. Taking up a very large area of the yahoo home page.

don't click on it!!!!

run your virus scan and do the enable  pop-up

is it just with a certain browser? try going to view, then toolbars and disable what you think it could be, or give us more information

i try to stay away from big red boxes as much as possible, i would say just close it outand cross your fingers that u never see her again, it.
