what kind of leaf is it and on what trees are they found on?

theres two trees that are next to my house on each side and i always wondered what kind of tree is it.

Cypress/Cedar/Juniper.

(Red Cedar most likely but it could be a white Cedar)

Your photo is just a bit blurry but there are several related species it could be.

If you google those names I gave you something that matches your trees should pop up.
