  1. Private education is fantastic!

If you're looking at universities the ITESM (Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey) is brilliant, there are other very good schools like ITAM,  Ibero, Anahuac, UDLA... here's a link with the rankings

    http://www.seminarios.com.mx/universidad...

The UNAM (which is the public University) is on top of the list, it's a good university, although it is full of very poor students (academically speaking), obviously there are some VERY BRIGHT people studying there but as it's free there are a lot of people just enjoying their time and not really studying.

I would recommend you get in a private one best.

  2. the system works like this:

    - prekinder (2 years)

    - kinder garden I

      kinder garden II

    - prefirst (just in private bilingual schools)

    - 1st - 6th grade of primary school (elementary school)

    - 1st - 3rd grade of secundary school (junior high)

    - 1st - 3rd grade of preparatory school (highschool)

    - 1 to 5 years of university (college)

Honestly public education is soooo bad. In private schools u can find from regular to really good ones, but they r expensive......this in basic education.

Abt universities .......there r few tht r public and they r big schools where u can fing the same good teachers thn bad teachers, good or bad students, so its usual tht they make high proficiency groups with the best students and the best teachers.

In private universities u will also find good and expensive ones and cheaper ones.
