Can someone tell me what these people mean

In one of my recent questions, I asked if it was OK for a 13 year old to ask a 12 year old to the cinema. Someone said that a "cinema" was a hot, steamy room where you wear swimming trunks, I JUST DID NOT GET THAT!

Another person said that if the boy was 13, you know what he is looking for. WTF did that mean!?!

I don't know about the cinema thing, but most people tend to assume that all teenage boys just want s*x, and the movie theater/cinema is a great way to try and get some because of the darkness.

The only hot, steamy room where you wear swimming trunks that I know of is a steam room at the gym/spa.

NO! I think people, especially many American parents are simply retarded.

They equate dating with s*x, other are religious freeks, and then there are does who judge maturity by age, I mean what the f**k, some 21 years olds are immature, they drink and drive, etc. some 12-13 year olds are more mature then dose 21 year olds. AGE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MATURITY, I WISH PARENTS CAN UNDERSTAND SOMEHOW!!!!

I say ask her out, but at that age DO NOT HAVE s*x!!

uhh the person who said the cinema was a hot steamy room must of got that confused with a sauna..a sauna is a hot steamy room that u wear ur bathing suit in,...the cinema is the movies as we call it here in America.

As for the person who said u know what he's lookin for yeah he probably meant u were lookin for s*x but he don't know u to say that so i would ignore it.

Well the first one means a sauna which is at a pool maybe they got them confused?

and the second one means he's probably looking for s*x which is probably not true and instead of cinema say movies so no one will get confused:)

They confused "cinema" with "sauna" lol!

and most parents of girls think guys are just after s*x, even if that's not your intentions at all. Get used to it. You have a long life of sterotyping throughout your teen years.

someone probably is an awful speller and thought u meant sauna when they sounded it out the other one was probably some old perv or some over protective mother who never has left her house and thinks boys are evil
