looks like a handle to a strainer without the screen or it could be a gadget to put on mason jars for canning so you can get them out of hot water

Hi, i like the background music!! Hmmm.  that is a new one. It looks a bit like a potato or fruit peeler,( but probably not?)

How about a cookie cutter of sorts  -- good shape.
