Question:

Can someone tell me what type of bug this is?

it is a black with two small antannas, it has a red underbelly, and has a red kind of x shape on its back with a white dot under the x and is flat. they are common in my community and was just wondering what it was i know it is not piosionuos my little sister has picked it up many times without getting bitten. it is about a centimeter and a half long

    my dad's an arborist so i've seen about 80 dead replicas of these little besterds

  4. sounds like a girraffe necked weevil (just kidding!!!) You should look up a girraffe necked weevil though. They are UGLY. ( I know i spelled girraffe wrong.)
