Can someone tell me what year this motor is it's a Gale of which I know is OMC. ?

I have checked all my old books and manuals and haven't been able to find this model # 5019B the serial # 825943. I do know that Gale was produced between 1955-1964 but I would like to pin point the year of this motor.

is that the V configuration 4 cylinder engine? There was a Gale"Sovereign" built to those specs in 1963.
