  1. Maybe a surprise but try the peak of of Mona Kea in Hawaii At about 14000 feet above sea level it's cold in summer and has several feet of snow in winter.

  2. Try Alaska, My daughter and family live there and love it. Good luck,  on your choice.

  3. Minnesota maybe, anywhere along the Canadian border.  You aren't al quaeda and trying to sneak some sort of bomb in are ya?  jk.

  4. Alaska. Some parts of Alaska is surprisingly warm whereas other parts are cool to cold year round.

  5. One of the coldest nights I spent was in the mountains above Ouray , Colorado on the 4th of July. You didn't have to have a sweater during the day, but it wasn't out of place. Mount Evans and the areas around the top of Rocky Mountain National Park are chilly during the summer and cold in the winter.

  6. Your best bet is the northwest corner. Even Maine sees temperate weather sometimes. But with that said, I've been to Vancouver in July. It's not cold during the day. Alaska wasn't even cold. I don't remember thinking, "Wow, it IS always cold here!" I'm partial to chilly weather and would love to wear sweaters everyday but no such place really exists in the US, especially with global warming.
