I first saw this on Jon stewarts show I thought it was a joke ,how men can advocate s*x with young boys is abhorrent ..and sick ...It would be the same as a man wanting s*x with a prepubescent girl ,there is something wrong with these people .....

After going to the site they suggest boys between 5 and 10 get turned on by older men !

One good thing was that manboy lovers had a tough time in prison

  1. Because of a four letter word that is more powerful than anyone in the US:

    ACLU

  2. Only if you tell us what you were doing on their site. You do realize a red flashing lite went off at the FBI hq. and now your on a data base.

And, I'm pretty sure your future employers are going to want to know too.

  3. Thinking about it is not a crime.  Bragging about it is not a crime.  The government can prohibit criminal activity but cannot prohibit people from getting together and talking about how the law is wrong.

  4. The National Association of Marlon Brando Lookalikes?  I don't see why you'd have a problem with them.

Oh, but to answer your question seriously, it's not illegal to advocate for a change in the law, even if they are disgusting human beings and what they're asking for will never happen.  You could form an association advocating pretty much any heinous thing you want and it would be legal to try and advocate for it.

  5. The US constitution.  Banning thought or expression on one view, as abhorrent as it is, is a slippery slope down which other worthy things, such as freedom of the press, could slide.  As they say, the road to h**l is paved with good intentions.

  6. If you don't like the law you have the ABSOLUTE right to argue that it should be changed, which is what NAMBLA does. The government can no more forbid arguing for that change in the law than they can forbid arguing for, for example, a change to the tax laws.

If any member of NAMBLA actually *acts* on his beliefs he can be punished - but saying "The law should be changed" is always legal.

    Richard
