  1. It's a holiday to honor working people, especially those in labor unions or the concept of organized labor.  It's also the unofficial end of summer in the US.


  2. Labour Day is an annual holiday celebrated all over the world that resulted from efforts of the labour union movement, to celebrate the economic and social achievements of workers.

    And it's not true that nobody works! My parents own a business and they have people comeing in today!
