  1. in french:

(to a girl) tu es mon amour, tu es ma amie.

(to a guy) tu es mon amour, tu es mon ami.

    i personally prefer:

tu es ma vie, mon amour, mon/ma ami(e). tu es pour rien au monde. (you are my life, my beloved, my friend. you are everything in the whole wide world.)

  2. in japanese it is neko ne toir, good luck! :)

  3. In French it's : tu es mon amour , tu es mon ami

In Italian it's (probably) : sei il mio amore, sei il mio amico

  4. In french, it would be something like "Tu es mon amour, tu es mon amie" (for a woman) or "Tu es mon amour, tu es mon ami" (for a man).

Although beloved doesn't necessarily translate to "amour" (it actually translates to "aimé", well, "amour" is better suited for this phrase.
