Can someone translate the following into Latin?

Dolor necessis est, miseria arbitraria est.

You don't have to include the second "est" if you don't want to. In Latin, it would be implied since the second half of the sentence is similar in structure to the first. Also, "necessis," as you can tell, gives us the English necessary. As far as I know, there is no word for inevitable that carries a negative sense, like it does in English. However, necessis can also be translated as unavoidable, or compulsory, so it seems to be the best fit.

There are also several different words for "pain" and "suffering," and, in fact, "dolor" means both. However, "dolor" is used more often as "pain" than it is for "suffering." If you don't like to use "miseria" for suffering, you could also say "labos," which also means "struggle" or "hardship." If you like this word better, you need to change "arbitraria" to "arbitrarius," for grammatical reasons.
