I don't speak French, but I will give you a great website for translating free. It's called Babelfish.

You can put in a variety of languages and it will translate them into other languages. The only problem with that site is that it will translate

exactly as you put it. For instance in Italian you would say salade verde and when it's translated it will come out as salad green not green salad. It's very close to give you the concept.

This is the (human) translation:

"Okay, I wish you a good night, I'm going to bed because it's getting late."

I must add that the second part of the sentence is not quite correct in French. It should be: "je vais aller roupiller, car il se fait tard". By the way, roupiller is a slang word for dormir (sleep).

Only Mona Lisa gave a good translation since she did not rely on an automatic translator. They cannot handle spelling mistakes that a human mind automatically adjusts for.

Any live person who understood French would not have a problem with the missing 'd' at the end of tard. In context, the correct word is utterly obvious. All the machine translators failed there miserably. Also, the obvious need for an infinitive form after aller (vais) is evident to anyone who knows French. The past participle form, while pronounced exactly the same, does not fit, obviously a minor mistake in transcription. The suggested translations made no sense of that construction, a clue to something wrong all by itself.
