Edit: This IS Japanese. It's just an unusual way of writing it in romaji. The more common way of writing it in romaji would be "nihongo wakaranai koto ya shiritai koto oshieru kara nandemo kiite ne".

I think there's a missing particle somewhere in this sentence but the sentence is quite informal/casual so I guess that doesn't matter.

I tried this in several different translators, and asked differnet people in Japan what it meant, and they all said it is gibberish and not true JApanesse.
