Can someone translate this phrase into spanish por favor?

Right, so I'm making a voice mail thing with three languages, English Bulgarian, and Spanish, except I don't know enough Spanish to translate it using the correct verb forms or whatever so yeah this is it:

"You've reached (name 1) and (name 2). we're not home so leave a message and we'll call you back."

Not terribly original, but I'm hoping hispanic people whom I've never met will stop calling.

Informal:

Hola, estás llamando a ( ) y ( ). En este momento no estamos en casa, deja tu mensaje y te llamaremos lo antes posible. Adiós.
