Can someone under 18 sell on eBay?

Just a yes or no question. CAN someone under 18 sell on eBay? Do you need a credit card number to sign up? And how would eBay know you're under 18???

I dont know for sure if you need a credit card, i dont think so

You probably aren't allowed to sell however, would they ever know if your parents let you use their credit card?  This is just a guess.  I have no clue.
