Can someone use paint or photoshop to replace mileys face with mine ?? 24 points !! its possible?

use photoshop to remove the face from one image and place it into another image.

as im not an expert i cant remember how offhand.

You need a better picture (sharper and better lit - no flash) with your face in a similar position.
