Question:

Can someone use the Google Adsense Ad I Made?

I had a website that I just sold. I created adsense ads for it. Can the new owner just replace the pub# with their own or do they need to go through the process of creating the ad themselves? I only ask because now Google started saving the ads you create to your account to be edited later. The new owner replaced my pub # with his own and the ads don't show up anymore?

  1. Hi Mark,

The new owner can just replace all your publisher Ids with his own without bothering to create the ads all over again. This could save him a lot of time!

Though Google saves the newly created ads (which can be modified later) the old ad code will work just fine.

    Hope that helps
