there is no single bet or combination of bets that can be played to consistantly win money on a roullette table period.

each bet independantly has its own house advantage.  Combining two or more  bets with two house advantages just makes for one larger house advantage on a larger amount of money wagered.

He does not spell out his actual strategy anywhere on the site, he just eludes to some mysterious "bet" that almost always wins, then rambles on about money management. The entire site is hot air.
