Can someone verryfy a hebrew quote and add nikkud(vowels) to it?

Question

In English: the love that you withhold is the pain that you carry

In Hebrew: האהבה שאתה ממנע הוא הכאב שאתה נשא

I need help to add vowels to the Hebrew quote.

I need it for a tattoo so it has to be perfect. :)

I hope someone can do it.. Thanks!

Boomerang was right with the spelling corrections, I dont type perfectly always. But the second quote happens to be really good! So either the first one which is spelled, with nikud:

הָאַהֲבָה שֶׁאַתָּה מוֹנֵעַ הוּא הַכְּאֵב שֶׁאַתָּה נוֹשֵׂא

or the second one with nikud:

הָאַהֲבָה אוֹתָהּ אַתָּה [נִמְנַע/נִמְנַע/נִמְנָע/נִמָּנַע] מלתת הִנָּהּ הַכְּאֵב אוֹתוֹ אַתָּה נוֹשֵׂא

The 3rd word, ממנע is not a real word. It should be מונע.

Also, the last word should be either נֹשא or נושא (instead of נשא), otherwise it looks like past tense.
