Can someone who's been blind since birth have dreams?

Question

If a person has been blind their whole lives is it possible for them it have dreams while they sleep? What would they see if they've never seen anything? How could they grasp the concept of sight?

As long as we have at least one sensual organ functioning then we can dream accordingly. Our imagination will decide the contents of a dream in a relationship with the stimulation received from the environment. You cannot see a dream! You and everyone else has about a thousand thoughts per second but our sensual beings only perceive one at a time or we might get well confused!

yes they can have have dreams. every living thing can have dreams even if they are blind. it's a natural thing every  is able to do. i don't know what they would see, because it depends on what their brain waves are like.
