  1. Yes.  On Greek owned ships, this man is known as the 'Staff Captain'.

  2. Call a travel agency and ask.  They are listed in your telephone's yellow pages.

  3. it think that only applies to being on probation/parole.

  4. Cruise lines don't conduct background checks so unless the person is on parole/probation with travel restrictions, the answer is yes!  Also to consider, the new passport regulations, which specify that after June 2008, all sea travelers leaving the US will need a passport.  Can this person get one?

  5. Not if your parole board says that you can't leave the country.     Otherwise yes you can go

  6. I beleive there are no restrictions about that. Good luck!

  7. they dont ask if you have been in prison..now pretty soon you will need a passport to travel on cruiseships and that may be the only obstacle, probably not a big one. my hubby was in prison for 5 yrs and we just got back from a cruise, no problem..we are going to apply for passports so im not sure how that will turn out..wont need a passport till like summer 08' for now birth cirtificate and drivers license is all they ask about

  8. Yes if he's not on parole.

  9. haven't they already gone up the river???

  10. if you can't leave the country because of your offense, you can't go on a cruise either. sorry.

  11. If it's a cruise to Canada, no.
