  1. No.  The employer has to pay unemployment tax on behalf of the employee.


  2. Only if you have paid into it as an employer.  At lease that is how it is in OHIO

  3. No, unemployment comp is only for employees.  If you are self=employed, you can't pay into the fund on your own, and are not eligible for unemployment comp.
